Association Management Professionals (AMP) was established 2010 by Michelle Miller.  Michelle began her career in real estate as a receptionist for a local real estate company in 1997.  Within a year she obtained her real estate license, and moved from receptionist to selling real estate, managing rental properties and managing a small homeowners' association.  The next 12 years found her building up the rental and HOA management portfolio for that company while learning everything she could about the ins and outs of managing property, dealing with owners, tenants, contractors and managing large capital improvement projects.

In 2009, deciding that her passion was for HOA management and wanting to focus her talents in that area alone she set out on her own to establish Association Management Professionals.

Michelle takes pride in the fact that AMP is a local based company and does not rely on a "corporate office" in another state.  She makes sure that AMP becomes part of each community by getting to know the owners and residents. 

 

With the expansion into the new office, AMP continues to move forward, helping communities with their HOA needs, whether working with newly developed properties or established properties that have been part of the City of Columbia, Richland County or Lexington County communities for decades.
